"I gave Logo up another chance after sending me the wrong embroidered design on hats a couple of years ago (they used an old one on file instead of the new one I provided with my order).
They will NOT provide you with the imprint area unless you practically beg them, saying things like "Our art department will make your design fit." I asked for one before submitting my art and they told me to send the design first and then someone from the art department could contact me. In short, if you're very brand-aware, and like to have control over how your logo or art will be reproduced on garments, this isn't your company.
I could see that they would be great for people who aren't graphic designers who just want to make some simple hats. If they remember to use the correct artwork, that is."
"They sent me the preview but it was the wrong company logo and the wrong product. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing. We used a local embroidery company who delivered spectacular results with a cheaper price. Will never attempt to use LogoUp again. "
