"stitching on my shirts was really poor quality. Some of the letters don't look like letters. I've tried this company multiple times with hats and shirts and overall the quality is definitely lower compared to my local embroidery shop. They are cheaper, but you get what you pay for. I ordered about 6 work shirts recently and 2 out of the 6 are not wearable as the stitching is bad enough that it doesn't look professional. I'm going to stop trying this company, i've been suckered in by multiple flash sales that they email me about but ultimately i've never been thrilled about the products I receive. "

"So, I am working on a fitness startup over at tribal.fitness and I needed to get some starter shirts for myself and my partner so we could so some fitness videos and have a couple meetings in style. We ordered some custom embroidered shirts and set a big appointment with some potential VC's a couple weeks out.
I get a notification that my package had arrived, and I went down to my mailbox area in my apartment complex. Low and behold, no package. I ended up on a crazy journey with fedex, and then I hit up Brandon at LogoUp to tell him the bad news and asked if I could place a rush order.

"Orders are very difficult to complete from my iPad Pro. Too many follow up emails asking questions about things you should already know like, if I have a logo, we don’t have your tax exempt paperwork. The art department used to take it upon themselves to choose logo size thread color for best results on shirts. Now I have to pick color, Size etc. before checking out and then you send me an email saying I did not choose my logo. Just very frustrating when you used to do it so well"
