Terrible Experience

"First I was tricked by LogoUp's marketing materials to believe I would get a $50 discount on my first order. After placing the order, I found out that they only offered the discount if I used my own logo (I was using one already attached to another account). Then they sent my order without allowing me to review their design and approve. When I received the order, one shirt was fine but the second one had no contrast between the logo and the shirt color and was invisible from only a few feet. I went through their process to return it for a refund, but never heard from them. I'm giving the lousy shirt to the Goodwill and plan to have nothing more to do with them."

Not a fan. The logos were not well done. And wrong colors used.

"This was not the best experience for me. First of all, the dress shirts are terrible, I got one that was supposed to be a tailored fit small, but it was massive. Another dress shirt was like a box, had no form. The logos that were printed on my shirts and hats also did not look great at all, they had many threads that were not cut properly, so virtually every letter was connected by a visible thread instead of each letter standing alone. Lastly, there were 5 shirts out of the 15 or so that I ordered that did not have the proper colors on the logo that were supposed to be used. Logoup generally uses 2 different color schemed logos (one for lighter shirts and one for darker) so they mixed some up and some of my darker shirts got the dark logo, so it’s hard to notice it’s there.

I returned the 2 dress shirts and I’m supposed to be getting a refund for them, but I haven’t seen it yet and it’s been 5 days since they were returned.
They also require you to pay for return shipping on their faulty work. I didn’t return the other shirts with the wrong logo colors because my crew needed the shirts and I didn’t have time to return them and order the correct shirts. For a $250 order, I feel like it was only worth about half that.. but that’s just me and the experience I had with them.

Design change.

"In all fairness, logo up has made several orders very well in the past for me. Sometime in the past they changed my original logo color from black to grey. This time they required me to pay for a new design to get back to the original. After going back and forth, I'm done with them. Good company, bad last experience."
