"I have placed at least a dozen orders with LogoUp with great results, but this time it's been terrible.
After 2 weeks, I had to contact LogoUp for status and they hadn't even started the order. They blamed it on that they didn't have the UA sweatshirts. That shouldn't be the customers problem should it? So here we are a full 30 days later and still have nothing. I got a shipment notice yesterday with tracking #. So maybe I'll get them tomorrow?
I'll still order from LogoUp because of their wide selection, low min qty orders, and high quality embroidery, but I hope LogoUp will get more transparent and just tell the customers when they don't really have the item. I would have ordered something else that was in stock and been a happy camper.
LogoUp did give me a discount for being late but I'd much rather have had received the items for a conference I attended 2 weeks ago."
