"They didn't give me my whole discount I had to email them and ask them like the lady told me to. They were suppose to give 55 and only gave me 50. Still haven't seen the refund them two pairs of the shoes I ordered didn't come and they never refunded. I spent $300 and the time before was $200. And they did the same the first time. I don't plan on shopping with them again. "
"The supervisor late is so rude! She never has an answer when it comes to the shipping of your product. It took over a week for my order to ship out and I called every day because she continued giving me the run around saying she will have tracking tonight but never had it. Not to mention, everyday she would hang up on me! Blatantly! Then on the 9th day of not receiving anything, I called and was a little frustrated (as she should expect) and she hung up on me yet again and blocked my number. That lady is horrible! She should not be allowed to work the phone with horrible customer service skills. Very unprofessional! "
"The alledged " Large" sized bathing suits were so woefully
off I could tell the nanosecond I opened up the package.
Perhaps these are large for an 8 year old. Told no exchange was
possible for "health reasons." Bathing suits were never even tried
on as I could see they were way too small. Not asking for a refund
but a store credit. Will not advise."

"If I could do zero stars I would. I have had nothing but problems with this company. I order the coral colored maxi skirt in October and they sent me a orange one and when I contacted them multiple times for an exchange they said they would review my order and I still haven't heard anything from them. So I reorder the same skirt on the 8th of November and two days later got a phone call saying they didn't have any coral color but a different color that they could send I told the guy no they had already sent me one that color and I needed coral because I have to wear it in a wedding so he told me they would refund my money. A week later I got a email saying that my skirt had been shipped and so I emailed they back saying I was suppose to get a refund because they didn't have coral and no one ever replayed to me and I got they same color of skirt they sent me the first time. So $36 dollars later I have two skirts I will never wear and I will never order from these people again. "
