"Shoe's are cheaply made. The sizing on two pairs of shoes are at least two to two and a half smaller, yet there was no note of that when ordering. The shoes are packaged horribly, they're not in shoe boxes. Two pair of shoes were in plastic bags and the other pair of shoes was just thrown in the box. The shoelaces for the boots I ordered were not on the boots, but thrown in the box. I will never buy from this company again. "

" I ordered four items there was supposed to be two free gifts when you order, one a welcoming gift and one for a purchase. Had trouble placing order because the order would not be excepted because the free gifts were out of stock there was a 50% off deal but it would not discount that amount off the items when I try to place an order. Then they increased it to 55% off but could not place the order because the free items were out of stock the only way to place the order was to cancel the free items. By the time I placed the order the deal went back to 50% off. Now they said they shipped my order I only received one item 2 items are a backorder and one item is going to be refunded. It's kind of funny though I ordered two of the same item one shipped and one is being refunded back to me what's up with that. If they were out of stock of these items why did they make me get rid of my free items before I placed the order and why didn't customer service give me the extra 5% off this company I'd be very leery to purchase from again because I almost feel like it's a scam to buy from them. If they were not the manufactures webpage as an authorized dealer I would have never placed the order but since the service I received I probably still will never order from them againlet's see if I get my other two items and my refund"
