This is the first time I place and order on 11/05/2015 from your company and just received today, 11/20/2015 (15 days for a domestic order). And then to finally receive what I thought I would be wearing for my BIRTHDAY party, the dress is AWFUL. I fit perfect, however, it has a micro fabric lining that moves with your body, like crawling up the thighs and that is NOT attractive. I would like a FULL refund, Shipping included from being shipped to me and returned. If I do not receive my full refund, I will post a NEGATIVE feedback on your website. I am very unhappy. "I should have went with my first instincts! Anywho, I purchased boots for $38 and the total bill came to $53 and change on 10/16. First disappointment, and the at $38 dollars (of course) the boots aren't leather. Second disappointment, I get the boots and I can hardly get them on. I ordered a 10 and I wear a 9 1/2. Third disappointment, I begin trying to call and sent an email for a rma. I kept getting messages on the phone of the customer service hours and I was calling within that time frame. I finally get an email with a rma # to send the boots back and am instructed to send the package back FIRST CLASS. LolliCouture didn't send it to me first class. I mailed the boots back on Nov. 3rd. 4th disappointment, I called 11/13 and asked where's my refund. I was told the boots were received 11/9 although my postal receipt said delivery by the 6th at the latest and the man told me I receive a refund on the 16th which has come and gone and still no refund. So I paid $15 dollars s/h the first time and I had to pay $15 again to return the boots I never should have ordered. LESSON LEARNED!!! "
