"The instructions were very satisfactory. Installation procedure was explained well. The cameras work as advertised. I have reviewed some of the recorded activity a few times, but have not yet tried to transfer recorded data to a thumb drive. that may be a challenge for me as I am not a real good computer person = maybe because of my age, 71. I would recommend this system to a relative or friend."

"Good pricing and prompt delivery. System included everything needed to install. Install was straightforward - run Ethernet cables, connect and mount cameras, plug-in DVR. Setting-up motion detection took a little time to get sensitivity just the way I wanted it. I didn't like the remote (internet) setup because of network security concerns. So I bought a $35 raspberry pi and set up my own ssh tunnel for off site control."

"well had to replace the dvr ones so far and 3 out of 4 cameras and it looks like the 4th one needs to be as well and it it only bin a sort time that i have this system i have a i phone and a ipad air evry time i look at it it does not work the one camera reads connecting but never does so i shut the power off and then turn it on and it will work then and after that it will do it again and i called lorex time after time and not getting anywhere SO NOT TO HAPPY if you can help me that would be nice thanks"

"Customer service was a bit slow to respond to my needs. Their wireless product I purchased was absolute trash. I went with another company and system. Won't buy from them again. "

"Never got the product. Customer care doesn't help. Had to contact ups about shipment, who tells me only Lotex will tell me the investigation outcomes. And guess what, when I call Kotex, they just hang up on me. Complained to BBB Canada about it. Still waiting for a response. Bet this won't get published and no one will reach out to me about this."
