Once my order had shipped to my closest store, I drove 3 hours across the Canadian- United States border to get it and try them out for the first time. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and invited to jump in! It was everything I had hoped it would be: extremely comfortable, softer than I ever imagined, and huge! The supersac I tried was bigger than I expected and exactly what I wanted. My risk of purchasing the product before having experienced it first hand had paid off the moment I jumped on the sac in the store. I knew I had made a good choice and have no regrets about paying a large chunk of change for my supersac! Coming across the border into Ontario from Michigan, I did have to pay the current Ontario HST taxes, but I had included this in my expected expenses. The team that helped me with my phone order was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I was placing my order. I would recommend that if you are worried about purchasing a sac online without being able to test it out first, do it. The moment you try it for the first time you will know you made the right decision to put your comfort first. I had all of those thoughts and hesitations before I made my purchase, and the moment I jumped into my new Chinchilla Phur Supersac they were gone!"
