"I loved my overal experience in the store. James and Jeremy were very polite and helpful,they were also very knowledgeable of all the products. The only thing I am not happy with is love sac the company in general. The first purchase I made was a city sac. The cover was ordered. And when it arrived in store it had been sold to someone else so I had to wait another day or two to go back and get a different one. I decided to upgrade and exchanged for the movie sac. They were very helpful with my needs in the store,but as far as the company not so much. I ordered the cover waited over a week and still hadn't received a shipping confirmation. So I emailed love sac and simply received a your order should be shipped at the end of next week I responded with how unhappy I was that I had this movie sac that I can't fully enjoy for over 3 weeks and they never even responded to me (aside from my first email to them)"
