I called 3 times in the following week, and every time was greeted by someone mentioning that they didn't know what was going on with my order, but that they would call me back. I never got a single call back. After another call, I found out that they had cancelled my order out of nowhere (on who's instruction??). I had the order redone, and a week later, we called asking for any kind of update and received nothing. No one apparently seems to know where the Lovesac is or when it should arrive."

I found the displays very fluffy and comfy. My pillow sac does not feel the same as in store. I sink all the way through to the hard floor. I wish that the associates could let me know ahead of time if their display models had extra filling inside. So I can be sure to buy more filling at time of purchase."
