Apparently, Lovesac doesn't make the LotOLove size anymore. The associate who helped me with the return was very nice and helpful too. I was disappointed that the cover was too big and he was sympathetic. I did have to pay a $9 restocking fee, which didn't seem fair, since the problem wasn't my fault."
