"The associates were very nice and helpful. The first one helped me with the purchase of a cover for an old Lovesac I own. Unfortunately, when the new cover arrived, it was too big for my sac. Apparently, Lovesac doesn't make the LotOLove size anymore. The associate who helped me with the return was very nice and helpful too. I was disappointed that the cover was too big and he was sympathetic. I did have to pay a $9 restocking fee, which didn't seem fair, since the problem wasn't my fault."
