"I had to only give my overall experience a 7 out of 10 because I needed your attention. The in-store experience was great but the communication following that has been terrible. I received an email receipt and that was it regarding my order. Lovesac sent me many emails trying to get me to purchase more product and 2 survey requests, but none that even acknowledge that I had an order pending. The original receipt email didn't say when the expected ship date would be. Lovesac.com had no record of my order. I had to go online and chat to find out where my order was. It felt like you took my thousands of dollars and forgot about me personally. Just sent me 15 emails about buying more items. When I chatted Joanne informed me that I would get an email when the items shipped with a tracking number. That's not enough. I suggest you go place an order on Amazon.com and see how they do online communication. Even if the item costs $1 I will know what the status is at all times and they make me feel very well taken care of. I drove over 200 miles to visit your store. I think a little better customer follow up would go a long way. You clearly have my email now just acknowledge me as customer and not just a potential future sale."
