"Good, but they told me I'd receive the item in a week. Did not happen. I called and talked to them and they said they didn't know when it would ship or when I would receive it. This is unsatisfactory. I want the item because my son is having back surgery on 7/5 and we thought it would really help him. I'm concerned that we will not receive it in time."

"I loved my shopping experience when I visited the store. We were greeted as soon as we walked in but not in an aggressive manner. The sales associate answered all my questions and let us know of the current promotion that they were having. I told him that we needed to think about and would be back later if we decided to purchase it and he respected my reply. There's nothing more frustrating than feeling pressured to buy something! Overall, great experience."

"Delivery process was not good. One item was missing, boxes came in two shipments, which was not an issue, but the tracking mechanisms received by Lovesac and FedEx were not accurate. Had to just wait til everything came in and then see what was missing. Two of the boxes came damaged, one where the hole was such that you could touch the fabric. Considering how much money we paid for the units, the quality, process, return service, etc was not that great. If you want to see great quality service, look at the Container Store."
