"We visited the store one time prior to the date related to this survey. We purchased a sactional at that time with 5 sides and 5 bases. The next morning, the associate called us and stated that she inadvertently only ordered 2 covers- one for a side and one for a base- so the additional set of 4 covers would be an additional $1200. At that time I paid for the additional covers over the phone. When we received the shipment for the additional covers, they were the wrong color. Were told at that time that we should return the covers to the store using a shipping label that was emailed to us and that the correct covers would be expedited to us. At this time, we have yet to receive the correct covers nor any information regarding a time frame that we can expect them to arrive. I struggle with the use of the term expedited- in the case of our original purchase we were told to expect delivery in 1-2 weeks. I would have hoped expedited would have fallen on the short end of that time frame. We are 8 days from the time of the new order and have still not received the correct covers."
