"The employees that work the kitchen cabinets dept are the worst and the JUNK cabinets they sell .the employees that run the department come and go as they want ... I waited two hours for one of them to show up to work, and no manager knew anything...especially Tony Jackson...first I was told 9 am by a couple of employees ....and when I asked him, he told me she was supposed to be in at 9:30 like he was correcting me, obviously covering for Gina.. I waited till 10:30 and when I asked where she was .. I was told he was trying to contact her..HE NEVER CAME OUT TO TALK TO ME....the guy that took my $7000.00 order was in a rush to go home and on vacation and said Gina would take care of everything... I called at about 3 and of course, she was not there, asked to speak to a manager .....he finally got a hold of her on the phone ....she was not in the store, she NEVER called me... I find it hard to believe that she did not know that I waited two hours ...since I was mad as hell ...and a lot of employees knew that....as far as the quality of their cabinets ....total JUNK....customer service..... ZERO !!!!!!!.....the real store manager of the store , I was told his name is Nate , was not there and when I tried to reach him instead of these fake managers ...nobody knows when he will be back... tried contacting corporate...asked to speak to a district mgr.. was put on hold forever...i hung up ..... they have delayed my remodel of my house by 6 weeks.....this place is awful.........RUN FROM THIS PLACE"
"First, I just wrote a review of Home Depot citing the HORRIBLE experience I had with them following the purchase of a new dishwasher. Due to one failed installation attempt and two failed delivery attempts, I CANCELLED that order, and purchased the dishwasher again from Lowe's. They were SO much easier to order from, and the installation / delivery man was INCREDIBLE. His name is Keith Harvish, and he's an independent contractor that does appliance installation and delivery for Lowe's. The Home Depot installer said I had "bad plumbing", and needed a professional plumber to do the installation. Keith had NO PROBLEM with my plumbing!! So he saved me money, was very professional, courteous, and efficient. I am a Lowe's customer for life after this experience!!
P.S. I made the Lowe's purchase on 5/23/2019.

"Should have read the reviews about online appliance ordering. Most are 100% correct. They do not know customer service for appliance deliveries. 1 1/2 weeks without an appliance to be told that it did not go out for, believe this, (a 5PM to 9PM) delivery window because I picked the wrong delivery truck type. What type? Then they wanted to deliver on Mothers' Day with no time window. Why would it take 1 1/2 weeks to deliver an appliance 30 miles and then not even know what is going out until the morning of the delivery and then cancel? It was confirmed and scheduled and I made my day available for them to deliver. I don't need it. I cancelled it and now hope I get my money back and not the same as their delivery timeline. Adios LOWES hello Home Depot. How I wish my hometown appliance store was still here. That was the day of true customer service and loyalty."
"Horrible customer care. I ordered a dishwasher with installation over a week ago. Never heard from them after initial call. I called today and was told it would be another 15 days! I asked if they had it at another store, they did. I was told on the phone it could be installed tomorrow. Cancelled first order, but had to physically go into the other store to set up installation on my second try at getting a dishwasher from Lowe's. Despite what I was told on the phone, when I went in person, I was told it would be at least a week before it could be installed. I asked to speak to a manager, and sat there for over 10 minutes. Finally walked out and called Home Depot from the Lowe's parking lot and order my dishwasher, which will be installed in three days!!!!"
"I ordered two ceiling lights from their website. Easy enough I thought. I received the box and according to the tracking information and what was billed to my credit card 2 were shipped WRONG. I called the customer service number on Friday I was told it was a 2 shipment order however they could not supply a second tracking number. Hung up being told it would ship that day or yesterday. Called today (Sunday) and this customer service person tells me the only tracking number is for the one I received. Lies lies lies. I have to call back AGAIN tomorrow and they will be able to contact the vendor. Never never will I use Lowe’s and I will post this on all sites I can find to let other consumers know how horrible Lowe’s is."
"Placed order online (big mistake), received a pick up date that changed twice. Finally received email to pick up order and was told that the 2nd half would be ready the next day. The next day I'm told 4 more days!! After being passed around by no less than 8-people I asked to speak to the store manager, then the call went dead. I called the 800-number customer service line who contacted the store manager, blah, blah, blah. Hey Lowe's, want to be in the on-line order business, learn how to deliver, not just take credit cards. I learned my lesson, Amazon for me."

I was in enrolled in auto payments and never logged into my account since January 2019 if not even earlier. I do not touch my account. I never want to miss a payment hence the auto payment. Everything was okay until yesterday. I received an email saying I was past due by 185!? HOW?! If it's auto pay, that makes no sense. I was at work and went through chat. Mark Joab said I un-enrolled March 14th and re enrolled...Why would I do that?!?! That makes no sense. ALL he did was give me numbers to call (three for the credit) and finally just told me to call customer service. He did NOTHING for me except the minimal, by getting rid of the late fees. YET I still owed 160... I called the number he gave me. It was an automatic response to pay my bill through the phone. I called customer service the right number today, wanting to speak to a supervisor. She transferred me to a person in the credit department, Gabby!! WTH. Can they do ANYTHING right? She was as helpful as Mark Joab. She said, alright I'll waive the late fees... They already did that! Why don't people listen?? She started getting rude at the end and I had to go back to work and at that point she was rudely, repeating herself, saying there's nothing they can do. So I was done. Lowes does nothing right.
NEVER get their credit card! I've returned a 200$ item, looked at my updated account, and it increased!!
This store is depressing, the people are depressing and miserable. You can NEVER find someone when you need help. They don't carry a variety and if they do, it's impossible to find in the store. The workers can't even locate it.

"Don’t ever buy anything from Lowes!!! They are **** have no idea how to handle appliances delivery. The MANAGER just hung up on me When I asked him the reason why I didn’t get the delivery on the scheduled day! He said he doesn’t know and there is anything he can do. Wtf!!! I wasted all day waiting the delivery and it is still showing that the delivery is on the way on their website but it is already past the work hour!!! Horrible just don’t ever do business with them!!!"
" I came into the Manahawkin New Jersey store looking for an oil heater on a day that is well below freezing. All they had left was a floor model, no box, no warrantee, lots of scratches and unsure if it even worked. It is listed for 39.99, she would only give me a 10% discount, or $3.99. I asked if she can do 20% as I listed all the reasons I did above, she didn’t even look at me and just said no. Four dollars off wasn’t enough to justify the fact that I couldn’t even return it if it didn’t work, and I suppose eight dollars off was too much. So I told her to keep her floor model. On a day that was going so wrong for me all I needed was someone to be nice to me, but that was too much. Just like the discount it I had asked for, which is very fair. After I left I went to Home Depot but I had a fantastic experience even though they were all out of the product I needed, I will be shopping there from now on."
"Ordered a laminate floor on 11/2/18. Partial install on 12/6. Missing stair nose and installer covered 2 heater vents! NUMEROUS, NUMEROUS phone calls, visits to the store, contacting BBB, Lowe's "home office", etc. and still NOT RESOLVED. Do not ever hire them for an install job in Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area. Oh yes, and they charged our credit card and got paid on 11/4/18!"
"I ordered flooring online. The order was to be fulfilled by the Republic, MO Lowes. The next day I called customer service to see if I could add the under layment and t-molding to the order. Customer service said it could be done, but they had to play around with their program to make it all work out. I ended up being charged 3 times for this order. Lowe's apologized but said they were powerless to fix it, so I canceled the order. Before I saw what they had done to my credit card and canceled the order, I sat all day waiting for delivery. I was given a window from 9 am to 9 pm. At 6 pm I found out the order was not even on the truck. I was told not to do business with Lowes because they always messed up their orders, now I know.

"I could go on about everything that went wrong with our order for relatively simple plumbing items with Lowe's but in a nutshell we purchased a sink and the parts to complete the installation of the sink and a cutting board that fit the sink. The delivery dates were completely false, we ended up only getting the faucet on time. The sink and other parts were held up but showed shipped on my Lowe's order site. It was a nightmare getting straight answers between the Lowe's phone reps and the actual supplier(s). We were hung up on several times and ended up loosing our plumber to another job which put us behind an pushed us into time that one of us had a surgery...which without a working kitchen sink was a nightmare. Exactly the stressful situation we tried to avoid by scheduling and ordering well ahead of time. We were never offered straight answers after escalating the situation with management with Lowe's, nor were we offered anything to ease the burden of having to have our plumber come back after missing parts were finally shipped. We will never trust Lowe's with our business again. If you are luck enough to have a good local supplier that deals with the public use them! We are not holding our breath for the promised contact from their resolution department, sadly took it on the chin and had to move on."
