"My order arrived in excellent condition, in a very timely fashion. I hired a professional installer to unpack it and hang it for me (it was (is) a wall clock). I loved it! But there was a problem. The hands, as they traveled around the face of the clock, got hung up (stuck) on each other and stopped moving. I could manually separate them, but on the next revolution it would happen again. I had the installer return and he adjusted the angle of the clock against the wall, thinking the problem was an unbalance. The clock is flat against the wall, and has been since then. But the hands are free to move, not just around the face but to "bobble" as they move around. That causes the hang-up. I don't know what to do. I haven't let anyone "bend the hands" , for fear that will destroy the whole thing. Is there a place in Dallas (where I live) that you would recommend I call that could send someone to "fix" the clock. It isn't running, and never has. Thank you for any assistance you may be able to offer."

Excellent products fast shipping

"I had ordered a replacement cover for our umbrella, had it quoted. A year later we made the purchase and we received the quoted price which was lower then the current price. The products, especially the cantilever umbrella ah-28 which we rewceived as part of our home purchase is the best umbrella we have ever used. Not sure when the current owner got it but we have had it since 2015. I will get another when the fabric tears or the unit breaks but so far it’s still going strong. Hopefully you will till be carrying this umbrella when I need it again. Thanks!"

Cheap table

"For the amount paid, I expected a heavy duty quality table. I am having a hard tome cleaning it as well. They made the returning process so difficult I felt cornered and decided to keep it almost by force. You would have to pay top dollar for a restocking fee plus the crate fee, and lastly shipping. The Roman stone table is a complete disappointment. "

Bronze Wall Fan

"The wall fan is everything I had hoped it would be. It will require some serious retrofitting to mount, since it is heavy, and can't just be mounted on drywall anywhere without a solid section of either the studs or a retrofit to accommodate the weight. It is a beautiful addition to the office of my house, which was built in 1847. A great retrofit without having to replace the ceiling light for a fan/light combination. Delivery took quite a while. It's worth the wait."

Poor communication and customer service!

"I called about my order for Polywood furniture the first week of December (when it was due to be shipped) and was told by a very unfriendly customer service person that I needed to call back in 5 days. Meanwhile, the furniture had been delivered to our vacation home. There was NO notice sent to me about shipment. I had no idea the furniture had been delivered. The boxes were sitting out in the rain. Someone went be the check on the house and saw the boxes. I have no idea what day they were delivered. The furniture could have been stolen and I would never have known it. Thankfully, the furniture was not there and not damaged. "

Patio table

"We broke the glass top of our Woodard 90" x 44" patio table (8 years old) trying to put the umbrella in place. We wanted the same size table, preferably the same brand, and found it at PatioLiving. Same size but we opted for the trellis-top (non-glass). The table was delivered in the time the company predicted, and we love it."

My table is cracked and one of my chairs has what looks like a stain. I'm waiting for a new table.

"The day was to receive my delivery I was informed by the driver one chair was missing did I want to take the set without one chair. I instructed the driver no, because I paid in full so I want what I paid for and to tell me the day of the delivery was not professional. I would think the delivery company would call me when they found the other chair, instead I had to call them 2 or 3 days then they told me they would reschedule me. When my furniture arrived I saw a big crack in the table and the damaged chair. I emailed the store while the furniture was being put together to let them know of the damage. No one responded in time and the driver kept telling me not to worry they will send me another table. I asked him to take it with him and he told me no they will send you another one. For some reason he no longer spoke English too well. I had to call store too many times to get the issue resolved. I must have explained my issue 5 or 6 times. Now I'm waiting for my new table to be delivered March 2021. By the way....I'm giving you the short version. "

Appalling Company

"I paid for a nightstand through LuxeDecor on March 2, 2020. When the product was delivered it was broken. I notified LuxeDecor and they asked if I wanted a new one, or a refund. I chose to get a new one. When the new nightstand arrived, it too was broken. At that point I asked for a refund. I was without the product promised and my money for 6 months at this point. Spoke with a manager on September 16, 2020 and he advised that a check was going to be generated the next day (17th) and I would receive in 7-10 business days. He sent another e-mail estimating the arrival would be September 28th. I know that was an estimate, so I waited until October 7th (9 days after the 28th) to follow up and let him know I had not received my check and I needed this fixed ASAP. I have not heard a word from them. They never acknowledged my e-mail nor responded. So now I have been without the product I paid for and my money for 7 months. I have not asked for additional money or anything other than a refund of my original payment. I do not believe that is a ridiculous request, seeing as I have spent 7 months dealing with this. The customer service is the WORST I have ever experienced. If you are thinking of making a purchase through them, save yourself the misery and DON'T."

Non-existent customer service

"I ordered an in-stock table with "quick ship" in the title from luxedecor. I was charged immediately for the purchase even though it took about 6 weeks to ship and another week until I received the table - about 7 weeks in total. I tried to contact customer service multiple times to check the status of the order and no one ever responded. Once I received the table, the shipment and packaging looked OK so I signed for it. On assembly, I noticed some damage that must have come from the factory. I again contacted customer service who never responded and it's been 3+ weeks. It would seem luxedecor customer service is non-existent."
