"The laptop arrived very promptly but there were some problems with the wireless and I heard a rattling inside of the case. Their support was slow to respond but were helpful when they did. They were unjustifiably skeptical when I said that there was something loose rattling around inside the computer, though. When they sent me the service manual and I opened up the computer it turned out there was a loose screw stuck underneath the GPU fan. It's out now, but it was an upsetting problem to run into."

"I ordered the Satori P170HM laptop and I am just blown away by the performance. Not only is it beautiful to look at but $2000 never bought so much hardware. As an experience computer builder/gamer/engineering student i am on the go a lot and required a mobile platform. I did 3 months of research off an on at all other computer retailers and no one gives you the same bang for your buck. Malibal has by far the best prices on all the latest top of the line hardware. Not only is the base warranty better than everyone else's extended warranties, the extended options come at a very reasonable cost. I challenge anyone to compare best buy, dell, etc. I have owned this laptop for a month now and it is the best computer I have ever owned. The customer service is even outstanding as they double checked with me to make sure my credit card charge was legit (much appreciated). As a gamer the only thing I could possibly nitpick is an option for a backlit keyboard. "I purchased a Clevo P150HM with the Radeon 6990m from Malibal on 9/1/11 and am very happy with it. It came exactly as I'd ordered it, and it seems very stable and fast in every benchmark I've run so far (P3526 in 3dMark 11, for example). They even remembered to flash the hybrid SSD's firmware to version SD26 like I'd requested (I'm a GNU/Linux user primarily, and the drive has issues with earlier firmware versions).

I was mildly unhappy with how long it took them to ship my order-- I didn't actually receive the laptop until 9/26. That seems like an awful long time to fill an order.

I also received an especially rude and unprofessional communication from one of their support reps when I'd emailed a question to them. But that was probably just a single, disgruntled employee, everyone else I conversed with was very friendly and helpful.

Mailbal had the best price and warranty of the Clevo resellers I priced, and I also like how they give you the option of buying the laptop without any branding stickers on it. Next time I buy a laptop, if Malibal meets these similar qualifications, I will consider buying from them again."

"I ordered my laptop on 08/12/11 with the 6990m. I got it about a month later because I ordered before the card was out and I was also in a waiting line of customers who ordered the same card before me so the wait was understandable. Towards the beginning of September i was getting antsy so I called and the rep explained that their was an issue with the heat sinks so they ordered new ones and to compensate for that they upgraded my ram and thermal paste and shipping which was very nice of them. Overall I am very pleased with their work and their product and will probably buy from them in the future when this laptop gets too old. "

"I purchased the 17 inch i7 a month ago and I have to say I love it. No bloatware came with it and to me that is a big plus. I hate clutter that I will never use. I am not a gamer but do multi tasking and it is fast, no waiting for things to load. Their support is outstanding, I had several questions before buying and they answered all through their chat line. After I got it I could not find the bluetooth so I could connect my mouse, I emailed them and within just a few minutes (not days as with some other companies) I got my answer. Cannot say enough about their support, quality, pricing, and delivery time!!! I ordered on 8/10/2011 and expected ship date was 8/17. Much to my surprise it was delivered on the 18th. Now all they have to do is develop a 13 or 14 inch for travel and I am ready to update my small laptop!!!!!!"

"Malibal did a great job building my laptop in a hurry and shipping it out to me, and their customer service department was very helpful and responsive, often replying to e-mails within 15 minutes even in the middle of the night.

The quality of the build itself (a 17" Satori) is superlative, and the thermal paste clearly well applied, as this laptop runs cooler than any other I've ever owned even though it has a Radeon HD 6990M, which really sucks down juice. It's easily 20 degrees cooler on average than the much more modestly equipped - though also in the same processor class -HP it replaced. Would definitely buy from Malibal again in the future, and recommend them to anyone in need of a high-quality, high-performance machine."
