"My overall experience with Malibal was pretty good. They called me personally to make extra sure that I was indeed the one ordering the laptop and not somebody else who had stolen my credit card. I thought this service was incredibly kind of them to do. The laptop was then immediately shipped and arrived just on schedule. The only issue that I had with the laptop though was that a plastic panel above the keyboard was fairly loose and had a tendency to pop off by itself (I managed to fix it myself however). Some people might find that inexcusable but I was so content with the laptop that I didn't hold it against them. Not everybody is perfect! Even so, their customer support was very kind and fast responding when I raised the issue. As of now, the laptop runs perfectly and I am amazed that I got the amount of features and specs that I wanted even at the low price that they offered."

"Great company, helped me resolve all my concerns in a timely manner. I had told Malibal it was very important that I receive my laptop before I went out of town the following week. The representative told me the average time it took for them to process the computer and ship it was 4 days. Edit: I just received my laptop (Lotus P151HM1) today and after opening it up, the laptop exceeded my every expectation. One of my concerns was how the logo looked on the laptop, and it looks sharp and is on there well. I also would like to say that the design of the laptop feels very solid and not flimsy. The Lotus P151HM1 is replacing my old G73JH notebook by Asus that I actually purchased last year. I don't have a single regret with choosing Malibal over the other main brands like Asus. I will definitely be shopping with Malibal again in the future.

For those who are spending hours upon hours reading reviews and trying to find the right laptop, just like I was last week, BUY THE LOTUS P151HM1!!! =) You know it's the right decision!"

"Awesome computer. I was a little nervous about this purchase, since it was the most I'd ever spent on a laptop and their dead pixel policy has a minimum of six or something. Better than Newegg, but, well, that's why I don't buy monitors from Newegg. Anyway, dreading that I'd have a dead pixel (or five), I paced and waited for the laptop to arrive - which was actually pretty timely, by the way, despite some other reviews here - and it came without a single dead pixel. So far I've just been loving this Satori.

Also, Malibal was the only company I found that let me order a laptop without a damn OS. God, it's annoying having to pay out the ass for a crappy version of Windows when you know people that work at Microsoft and can get you ultimate on the cheap.

I suppose the one drawback would be that they charged quite a bit for the use of UPS Ground, which doesn't seem right to me. Still, it got to me unharmed and with nice extras like a case and well-organized driver disc. Woo!"

They are helpful, polite and extremely generous with what they offer. My order was on the 19 and I got my laptop on the 25th which was really fast, considering I'm in Canada. "For the longest time I relied on Dell for my laptop needs but I wanted a new laptop that packed a punch for gaming. I looked into a few reseller of Clevo based laptops, Alienware, and Asus, and Malibal truely took my vote for best laptop company to rely on. They provided the lowest price and their customer service was superbly fast (2 hours reply) and since the customer service is based in Nevada, I can call them knowing that I wont have any accent issues as I had very difficult time talking to the India based Dell customer service. The shipping was fast with tracking, and I have yet to have any problems since I received my laptop 1 month ago. I have pushed this laptop with the latest game which attests to the quality of Clevo laptops by Malibal. There isn't much to say since Malibal has been great with their service and laptop build.
