"Overall, my experience with madisonseating.com turned out well. I did experience, however, some problems with my return. The problem resulted primarily by my mistake, but some fault is to to be found with with an address on the website that appears to be an address for returns, but in fact is only an office address that is not set up for returns. The delivery company had to return to that address 3x before they were able to retrieve the chair. For a week or so, it appeared that the chair was lost in deep in the heart of NYC, and I was going to be out the money that I paid for the chair. In the end, however, and with the help of Andrew, the chair was recovered and delivered to the correct address. Upon receipt of the returned chair, the replacement was shipped in a timely manner. Hopefully, it will arrive in its proper condition and the billing will be correct. If so, then I will be pleased with my shopping experience."

"Avoid this company. I ordered a chair on May 17th and was told that it would be shipped to me within 10 business days. After 10 business days I called and found out the chair I ordered was out of stock. If I hadn't of called, I would not have known because Madison Seating did not feel the need to contact me and update my order.
I ordered a second chair from their line on May 31. I just called today (June 21 - 15 business days after the 2nd order) and was told that the chair was out of stock and they expected some the following week. Again, no emails to inform me of this -- just relying on me to call and check in on my order.
I canceled my order and am going to buy my chair at a place that can actually deliver the product that I want on time, or at least contact me when there is a problem."
"So pleased with Madison Seating! Ordered an Accent Swivel Swirly Print Chair by Coaster on June 14th for my daughter in Manhattan N.Y. and was told it would take between 7 to 10 business days. My daughter called on Sunday 19th and found it placed under the stairs in her apartment building so most likely arrived on the 18th.
She was so delighted with it. It was very comfortable and attractive, fitted perfectly in a small area yet allowed two people to sit on it comfortably. Our only complaint would have to be that we were not notified by email or phone as to when it would be arriving and had to rate it 4 stars for that reason. Other than that, we couldn't be happier and she has received lots of compliments from her friends. Would certainly recommend using Madison Seating to other customers. By the way, shipping was free! "

I ordered a leather sofa from Madisonseating about two weeks ago they told me that i will get my order in 10 bussines days. Yesterday i called to confirm my delivery and to verify that the items I wanted were in stock. because i'm not living at this house it's my summer house and I need to go there to meet delivery guy. Lady that answer the phone was completely RUDE. I was told that my order was NOT IN STOCK. THEY CANCEL MY DELIVERY AND NEVER LET ME KNOW ABOUT THIS!!! They never called me to let me know... If i wouldn't check my email i never found out about cancelation ! so i losing more than two week's time, which was very critical to me. Because i was buying this sofa for my kids that they would have place to sleep while we are in our summer house. they ruined my plans for this summer. "The pro of Madisonseating.com "was" the price. Although with all the problems we incurred I would of gladly of paid double to avoid using this merchant. We ordered 6 high end chairs for our investment firm, our total bill was $4319, which is a steal! First we received 3 chairs, all seemed well, we waited for the next 3 for three long weeks. Once we received the next three they were the wrong chairs, and Andrew at Madison Seating had the nerve to tell me I was wrong "Their warehouse NEVER makes a mistake, we received the right product." I was asked to produce photos for proof, so photos were taken. It took another week for them to admit their mistake then another week for them to issue an order to pick up the chairs. They will not issue the "correct" product until they've received and checked their merchandise. Again we waited for three long weeks for the replacement chairs, this time they were broken, "are you kidding me". Agan, I contact Madisonseating.com and again Andrew aka Mr. VeryPoorCustomerService, told me the chair was not broken and again he wanted proof, and pictures were taken and sent. I can continue as we still do not have the last chair, what we do have is our credit card company holding back half the payment until this issue is resolved. I really need to mention here the extremely poor customer service of mainly Andrew, I would call the company and Andrew would be on the other line and I would request to talk to someone else because this person has very poor people skills and enjoys torturing customers, and if someone else was not available I would call back the next day. Andrew finally resorted to abusing my company via email, sans his email being black listed and reviewed by our IT Tech prior to my receiving them. The bottom line here is STAY AWAY from this company, thier pricing is not worth the hassel and stress."

My deliver time frame was clearly noted on the website and my chair arrived in the frame of the delivery window.
