"I bought a valve for a Senco air compressor from this company. The installation was easy but a part broke during installation. When comparing that piece with the original Senco part it was easy to see why it broke, The Senco part being made out of brass and the replacement valve part was made out of an inferior "metal" that sheared off when tightening the valve onto the compressor. I notified the company by e-mail and included pictures. No response from the company after filing a complaint and asking for a refund. So, if you want to buy cheaply made products, this is the place."

"When we purchased the part needed, we contacted customer service, gave the model number and were advised to purchase a specific part. We did purchase the recommended part and when we received it, it was the wrong part. It took weeks for someone to actually give us the return information. We had to pay the shipping to return the wrong item and then also a restocking fee. We feel that since the wrong part was recommended, that we should not be responsible for the shipping cost and restocking fee."
