Shipping took way too long

"We needed to get a piece of equipment back in to service quickly. We received a partial order in an acceptable timeframe. The second part of the order (all "in stock" items) took forever to get here. Calling the company was hopeless and the tracking information sent was full of inaccurate information. I will only order from Master Tool again if time is not of the essence.....

Air Compressor Repair

"Slow delivery and response. Wrong parts, parts missing from repair kit. Final ring for piston was unusable. The compressor repair was a failed effort. Not likely I will use Master tool again. Perhaps I can find some use for the motor and tank!"

Ordered part still not shipped

"I ordered a part for a Husky air compressor several weeks ago. It was on backorder but I was assured by the person I talked to that it would be coming soon. I haven't heard any update yet and am disappointed that I may have to purchase a new compressor"
