"To all that will read this please aware that on June 11 2022 I purchased a replacement compressor pump from this establishment. It took almost a week and half from the time I placed the order and received. When I received I opened the box and to my disappoint I found the compressor damaged and broken. I didn’t even try to install it. Immediately send emails to this vendor requesting to exchange it for a new one did not get a proper response all they replied they are sorry and asked me for the order number gave them that also send pictures did that also and nothing happened no response from them. I am still waiting it has been more than two week and nothing. I have also asked them for a refund and nothing no response.
Horrible service selling broken and damaged equipment.
I will never ever do business with this establishment again.

As a company, we do all that we can to make sure that parts arrive not damaged or do not get lost in shipping. However, from time to time, parts can be damaged and parts do go missing. It is impossible to ship 100% error free, even though that is our goal.
In addition, we do have to verify the order details and that the damage did happen. Not everyone is honest and for that reason we do ask for pictures of the damaged equipment and sometimes we even ask for the parts to be shipped back to us. These steps ensure that there truly is damage and that we understand what happened and that we can take steps to improve on future orders.
