"I ordered a part and the site said it would arrive in 7 days. After 7 days I still hadn’t received tracking so I emailed them. They said I’ll receive tracking when it ships. Not helpful. I emailed again asking if it was on back order. Same response. I called and they couldn’t give me any info and said they’d ask the factory for an eta and call me back. Never called back. I called again 2 days later and they said my part was no longer in production. So why list it on the site? Why not tell me that initially? Why not call me back as soon as they found that out? Absolutely awful"

Due to supply chain issues, they are many parts on backorder. We would have notified you by email about the backorder. When a product is on backorder you can decide to wait, which keeps secures you a spot in line for when the product becomes available. This is the best way to get the product as quickly as possible.
However if you can't or do not want to wait for the product to come off backorder, we will gladly refund you. “Thanks for the feedback. I can understand your frustration and we apologize that we were not able to fulfill your order and that quicker and clearer communication was not done.
Upon receiving your call on 6/8/22, our Customer Service Representative did reach out to get an update and it typically takes the manufacturers 24 to 48 hours to get back to us. For the part that you ordered we were informed by the manufacturer that it has been discontinued, so we are proceeding with canceling and refunding your order.
Your order was an exception and not how we typically manage our products. We have inventory available for hundreds of parts; however, some uncommon or older parts are only available from the manufacturer. For these parts, we list the part with a lead time of 7 to 10 business days. We list parts because they are available and ready to ship either from our warehouse or directly from the manufacturer. However, currently there are many supply chain issues and frequent changes on backorder and no longer available statuses and this is causing more exceptions than usual.
