" I want to take a moment and Thank You for an "Outstanding Customer Service" on this order! This order was made on Christmas Eve at about 8 PM Dec 24th. Of course the 25th being Christmas day and the next day being Sunday! Monday morning about 9:30 AM Dec 27th the parts were delivered to my front door - Colorado to Oklahoma! Almost seems impossible and it certainly made our day since the parts were for our main shop compressor which had failed on the day of the order. Thank you again. ""

"I was looking for an American made compressor pump and saw an add for Master Tool Repair showing a picture of the exact same American made compressor pump that I was replacing. after receiving the new pump it was very obvious that it was not the same quality as mine so I started looking for the country of origin... found that it was made in Puerto Rico. I would not consider that as being made in the USA."

"I placed a order after seeing on their website that orders were shipped 7-10 days.
At they said that they where waiting for the part to arrive, they said it would be shipped to me.
I received a email reading that my order was being direct drop to me, then nothing more.
After serval days I inquired about my order, was told that the order was delayed. Received an email that their manufacturer would start shipping orders on 01/05/2022.
I responded that I wanted my order canceled, that was on 12/08/2021. After several phone calls I received an email stating that my had shipped 12/14/202. I asked for a tracking number. No response, I called spoke with Andrew, he said that they don’t give tracking number.
As of today 12/20/2021 no feedback or tracking number.
I’m not impressed with their communication or business practices.

“Larry, we apologize that your experience has not been the best with us. This is not the normal process or outcome that our customers experience , so we are sorry for this. I do see that we emailed the manufacturer on Friday 12/17 for tracking, but we have not received a reply as of yet. Please note our manufacturers are usually great with communicating with us, and providing us options to cancel orders without issues. However, we have had difficulties recently with many companies being short staffed or behind. We are trying our best to get assistance and answers in a timely manner. We know when you place an order it is because you are in need of the parts. Our goal is to deliver them as quickly and easily as possible, so when we see these issues arise it is upsetting to us as a business as well.
We have not forgotten about you and will update you with tracking as soon as it's available.
