"No customer service people to speak with. Even tried chat, recieved return message stating unable to help. My question was about leaky Pressure Regulator valve, not all that complicated subject, No Help!! The statement they use "Our customer are important to us" are just words, no real meaning behind it, Just Words!! Blah Blah Blah."

"This is the second order I do with Master tool and hope to get the part as fast as the other one. I ordered a conrod kit for my compressor. Unfortunately the person who installed it let a bolt loose and it broke again along with the screw among other things. "

Some items are more expensive, some items are less expensive...it really depends on the manufacturer's cost to us. As for shipping, we don't have live inventory on the site, we only mention if an item is on backorder. We DO offer expedited shipping services IF an item is in stock but customers need to call in and speak with a sales associates to confirm this, and order by phone. This is due to the rapid incoming/outgoing nature of the parts business. Again, thank you for your feedback!”
