"I placed a order in January and the item was lost in transit. They refuse to do anything until after 60 days when shipped. Instead of sending a replacement and then file a claim no will wait and see if its found. Totaly unprofessional will never shop here again.

I'm not sure of the exact details of the order but per policy, we won't refund an order until the shipper confirms it was lost. If lost, we'd gladly ship a replacement to you being that's policy. But if it's in transit, there's not much we can do until the shipper updates status. First Class Mail is seeing VERY long delays and if we shipped replacement orders for every delayed package, that would be unrealistic. However, we understand it's frustrating and we'll think about what we can do to better server our customers when the shipper is delayed or drops the ball. We don't ever intentionally make life difficult for our customers so if there's any way we can make it right, we want to do just that. ”
