"I ordered the most expensive bed in the store, was guaranteed white glove service, and was given the WORST delivery. They didn't remove the slats from the old bed (I had to) and they refused to take the old mattress. I made multiple calls to their delivery manager who never returned my calls. I drove to the store to speak with the salesperson who could not get things handled. I FINALLY reached a competent service representative over the phone who had a junk company come and pick up the old mattress. The management follow-up was ridiculous, I have never been treated so poorly by a store than this. This by far, was the worst delivery service I have EVER received!!! I would never buy from them again!!!!!"
"We ordered a Simmons Full XL mattress by phone , but instead received a full size mattress. We notified customer service and explained the error. They were polite and expressed a desire to correct the problem if an investigation revealed they made the error. The matter was resolved expeditiously. The correct mattress was reordered, shipped and received a month earlier than the projected 2-3 months timeframe.
The experience was pleasant with a satisfactory outcome at no additional cost for the customer.
