"Very bad service , I ordered a mattress on 11/19 and they sent a wrong mattress on 12/02, after couple phone calls and e-mail been told they still doing search , come on ! I sent you guys the picture of wrong mattress and dispatch warehouse also told me they sent resend request to US-Mattress and you still doing what’s kind of search ?! Found lots people wrote bad reviews on yelp to complain this company ,don’t buy from them unless you want to wait couple months to get your mattress . Don't put your company fault to customers ."

"Our mattresses arrived in boxes that were visibly destroyed and full of holes and covered in black soot or powder. Mattress had a hole punched into the plastic and a spot of the black stuff the size of a fist was on the mattress. The box spring had tears in the bottom fabric and scuffs on top. Reached out to customer service and was provided an immediate solution that was agreeable to us. Just hands down the best service. Zak was an awesome help. HIGHLY recommend getting your mattresses through these folks. I can't say too much on the shipping end. We did have to track, follow, and prompt movement of the mattresses once shipped. Still... Very happy. Can't wait for the first night on this new set. Thank you! "

"US Mattress had a 120 day guarantee on the mattress they sold us (read the fine print because they won't give you your money back). Within 1 week, we knew it wasn't the right mattress for us. We contacted them and were told we had to wait to return it for a full 30 days after delivery. That was back in September, and we're still waiting for our new mattress (as of today 11/26/21). In addition to returning the mattress, we had to pay a $300+ re-stocking charge! Do not remove any of the tags on your mattress, or they will not even consider taking it back and if your new mattress is less than the original, they will not refund the difference or even use it towards their "restocking fee", but if it's more, they WILL charge you the difference."
