I purchased Makita framing nailer and a finish nailer on line, the product said in stock and NEW, waited over 2 weeks,still no product, when I called they keep telling me it was back ordered and it's on the way,even know that the website said IN STOCK but had no tracking numbers. When I received the framing nailer, it was USED! Called to complain about getting a used tool when I bought a new one, the person at Max Tool told me that it was NOT USED and argued with me. When I said the product had finger prints all over it, and could see scratches on it they still said it was new. Come to find out that they didn't have products in stock, they have the manufacture ship the orders and they never saw the nailer, so how could they say it was not used. Makita sent me a recondition tool when I bought a new tool listed on Max Tools website. When I sent back the Makita nailer for a refund, they had the nerve to charge me a 20% restocking fee. Also had some trouble getting someone to send me an email after placing the order to let me know what its status was what the order number was or an expected time of delivery.
