"I ordered the Cube U30GT II 10 inch tablet from Merimobiles. This was my first time purchasing from outside of North America. The shipping time was a little long (19 business days from date of order) but it was also free shipping.
The tablet was what I had hoped for and dispelled a lot of my fears about shopping overseas.
Merimobiles have a very responsive customer service department, they seek your feedback after the product arrives and respond to any complaints you may have. I will be shopping here again for my next tablet or smartphone."

"I made an order on 24/9/2013 and, because I was in a hurry to get my item, I went for DHL Express delivery. i paid $23 for this service rather than free P&P. To my unpleasant surprise, I actually got an email from merimobiles, a week later to inform me that the parcel has just been shipped???!!! I find this unacceptable and extremely uncompassionate: why else would I go for express delivery if I didn't want my parcel asap?? NEVER AGAIN!!"

"Ordered the Window N90 FHDRK on July 21. Received e-mail on July 25 advising delay in shipping due to a software issue. Tablet delivered Aug. 6. Observed erratic behavior with freezing and shutdowns. Contacted Tech Support (Ace) Aug. 12 and was asked if I wished to downgrade from 4.2.2 to 4.1. With nothing to lose, went for the 4.1.1 downgrade. Flashed firmware and the freezing and shutdowns ceased immediately. Quite happy with the tablet. The order process was smooth and Tech Support (Ace) was very responsive. "
