"I bought a Aoson M71G tablet (horrible product) and a watch (didn't keep the time) in the same order. The staff told me to ship it back by slow mail to get a refund minus 20% restocking fee. When it arrived, for many days i exchanged confusing and frustrating emails with different agents. In brief they were telling me i was too late for refund because they calculated from the day i received the items to the day they received it back. Just when i was about to file a claim with my bank, they gave me the refund. Thus apologizing for an employee's mistake in the treatment of the case. "
"I ordered two tablets Window N90S from Merimobiles.Got them in two months when I couldn't open dispute. And as it turned out one of the tablets had twice as poorer battery as it was declared in specification.
More than that the touch screen didn't work properly,although, to be honest, I didn't notice that before I gave it to my sister as a gift. Neither did she notice, of course. So that's the situation that we are having at the moment. Techsupport promised to help. We'll see.

If you need your goods fast dont buy in merimobiles, when all goes well you will have no problem but if you need to solve a problem you are doomed."
"I bought a tablet Zenithink ZT280-C10 / Zepad C91 on 30/05/2012 (order number 31342). Suddenly exactly after 5 months the touch screen stopped to respond to my touch and the camera button stopped working, without my responsibility and having only a few working hours (it was me 2nd tablet and only for book reading). After prolonged communication with the service department (the always answered me 2-4 days after my e-mail) I sent the tablet for repair on 27-11-2012, paying 20usd shipping fee. They received it almost 2 months later on 16-1-2013 asking me to pay 36usd for repair. I denied politely to pay the fee because they clearly state in their website that they offer 1 year warranty. Nevertheless, they insisted that I should pay because the warranty for the screen is only 3 months (but they do not mention this in their website…) , and they told me to pay only 30usd (special offer...). I paid the 30usd through paypal, and they sent me the tablet back on 28-3-13, that is 2,5 months after they received it, although they had told me that they would send it back after 1-3 weeks at the most. I received the tablet on 18-4-13 (almost 5 months after I had send it!) completely out of order, the on/off button could not be pressed at all, and the camera button could not be pressed too. I could even test if the touch screen was fixed because the on/off button was broken and I could not start the tablet. Of course these damages didn't exist when I sent it to merimobiles. This means that they destroyed my tablet and they didn't even run a quality test at the end of the repair so as to see that the tablet is completely out of order. I demanded a full return of the value of the tablet (170 usd) and the 30usd of repair, they only answered me to resent the tablet, I denied to resent because I couldn’t trust them anymore and I couldn’t wait another 5 month period. I insisted in full return and they denied. Now I have paid 170+20+30 = 220usd for a tablet not working at all.

"I was looking for a store where I could buy my new phone, the only problem is the fact that I live in Italy while the phone I wanted was sold only in China, then a friend recommended me this site Merimobiles saying he had purchased from them and be very satisfied, also concerning the shipment (the Italian customs is very strict with imported products), however the courier used and care in compiling the transport documents properly facilitated customs clearance, in a few days I received the package. They have products and brands of excellent quality, always available to talk with any questions and were able to give me the phone model I was looking for (Huawei U9508 full-white color with 2GB ram) although in other sites was sold out, moreover during the holiday season .

"Ordered a Hyundai Hold X700 with express shipping (DHL).. on arrival, discovered 12 hours after unboxing that the OTG port was bad. they agreed to "repair" the unit and sent it to a third party repair company, but they were unable to fix the problem, and merimobiles agreed to replace it. waited 5 days and then had to call them before the replacement order was even issued. then had to wait 15 days for the new one to arrive, only to find out that the 2 little screws that hold the units shell together had been stripped out (probably during the assembly process). I asked them to just send me the replacement screws and I would replace them myself, but instead they insisted that I return it for a refund (probably because they were tired of dealing with me) I decided to replace the screws myself. Then 2 weeks later, it stopped charging, would indicate that it was plugged in and charging but just continued to discharge. be careful with merimobiles, it's a crap shoot when dealing with them. the north american sales reps and customer service agents will only offer to help you to a point, then you firmly get the impression that they are tired of dealing with you and just want you to go away. The guys in china who run the show care more about their bottom dollar and minimizing their profit loses than customer service and satisfaction."
