"Ordered a Roku streaming stick on April 21 from Micro Center. Just got confirmation yesterday that the product shipped and the checked the tracking number which stated delivery will be on May 6th. Really? Amazon would have sent the same product overnight or 2 day delivery and I would have been using this product for the past few days.

"No one answers the phone. No one returns your text messages. The day after I placed my order, I received a confirmation that my computer would not ship out for days. Then it would be the transit time. I needed that computer within 24 hours. I did everything I could to contact this company, and no one would answer the phone. The computer is due to arrive today, and I will refuse the delivery.My account has been debited days before the computer shipped. I had to get my bank involved To dispute the charge. I am chalking all of this up to the COVID-19 virus and the massive confusion going on in this country today. It has certainly made things more difficult and more messy"

"Communication is bad as far as knowing when the order will ship. The first order was cancelled due to inventory problems. I was contacted by phone eleven days after the order date with the news. The 'new' order for the refurbished desktop was poorly packed in the box and arrived damaged. It boots up and runs, but one of the cooling fans is barely hanging on with two of its four supports broken and the back of the case is severely bent. I do not understand why they ship from Ohio to Texas when the have a store less than 100 miles from me. "
"Paid standard shipping uses SmartPost who as far as I can tell lost my package but I can't reach them, understaffed customer service from MicroCenter is impossible to reach on the phone or the website chat.

EDIT: Although I was on hold waiting for an hour, about 5 minutes after someone finally answered. They said it didn't ship yet. I was in a rush because my job would have me randomly travel and I wanted to make sure I was home to get the $400 Asus ax11000 router.
The product is legit. Customer service either needs work or is short because of Corona. Ordered on the 17th and product arrived on 27th. Longer than expected but I must recant my previous review. They're legit.
