"I was very disappointed when the Microcenter website told me that my order would SHIP in one week (?).
As it turned out, it was DELIVERED to my door in one week.
Much better than "promised" -
however, it would be nice if orders would SHIP next day, or second day, after ordering. Sometimes one needs supplies sooner than a week.
We are all getting accustomed to Amazon's faster shipping and Microcenter should be competitive."

"Item came in a box much too large for it with packing peanuts lightly drizzled on the bottom. The packing slip was crumpled and crushed in the box as well. The item doesn't seem damaged but I was shocked at the bad packing and shipping practices. As someone that did shipping fulfillment for a number of years, it is pretty clear MC hired temps or something during this pandemic and told them to just throw boxes out the door. Bad business."
