"I ordered 3 rolls of filament and each roll said they had 15+ in stock. I place my order on Saturday and said my order would be shipped in 8 days if it was in stock. I thought perfect.
5 days later I get an email saying one of the rolls of filament wasn’t available. I thought how weird, did they not put aside filament for online orders? I said fine and called to try to replace the filament. They then told me they could not replace the filament because they wouldn’t be able to change my order or might be able to get to my order. I said fine the order must be close to shipping.
4 days later my Item ships and it only has one roll of filament with no confirmation of my other roll cancelled and this showed that they could have found my order and replace the missing order.
Just beware that they won’t save your order if you order online and you’re out of luck if someone else gets to it curbside or In store within the 8 business days before they actually decide to ship your order. "
