Also, I first tried to do store pickup but kept getting an error even though it was an option at checkout. I understand that due to COVID-19 you are unable to do curbside/in-store for some items, but there was no indicator that this was why. "
"Ordered two cables online. The wrong cables came in. I called to get return authorization and waited 1 hour and 35 minutes. While waiting, I also entered the "chat" function for the online message, sent a message -- never heard back. When I finally got a representative online he was surly and slow. No apology for the extended wait. To me it would take 2-3 days to get a mailing label sent to my email. Well, 3 days have expired and... nothing. Now I am wondering if the surly representative just didn't bother to put in my request.
The in-person store in Cleveland is great. The online store is a real disappointment."

"Ordered 2 monitors on 4/4/20. The order confirmation said they would let me know if there is any issues with my order. I dont hear from micro center until 4/17/20 telling me they cancelled my order. Apparently, per customer service it is policy to cancel orders if not filled within a certain period of time.
My wife calls while I'm at work and waits on hold for 45 minutes before talking to someone. They tell her they have some in inventory and itll be shipped out expedited.
It is now 4/20/20 and 1 monitor was shipped but now the 2nd one was cancelled because of insufficient inventory. I need 2 monitors not just 1 so my wife waits on hold another 50 minutes to cancel everything.
Text message customer service was absolutely worthless with canned responses, no motivation to actually help the customer instead passing it back onto the customer to get ahold of different departments in the company and then flat out ignoring the text message when asking if they can help locate my products needed.
This was my first and last dealing with micro center and I dont suggest anyone waste their time with this horrible company. I wasted 2 1/2 weeks and my wife lots of time on the phone to get nothing in return. Didnt even get my overpriced ridiculously priced shipping items after waiting so long.

Cannot check order status online, and cannot get a person on the line at customer support. The recording says I can text them, but never got an response there either. Can't even cancel the order. Will never purchase from Micro Center again"
