"Expected shipping time of 5-7 days, was told after waiting hours for online chat customer support that it should ship today. Order still says routed, no emails or anything. If my order is delayed could I at least get an email to let me know? Edit: Order got cancelled on a Friday, Wednesday I spoke with a customer service representative and I specifically asked to make sure there were no issues with my order or the stock. Was told there were none and the item was in stock. Friday Afternoon my order got cancelled almost two weeks after I placed it. Never shopping with Microcenter again. "
"I ordered a Google nest mini online from micro center. they ran my credit card through they gave me a shipping date. And then a week and a half later they canceled the order saying it was not available anymore when they have the same exact item for sale but just a different color. "
"I purchased a monitor. Originally they said the monitor was only available for in-store pickup. But then one random Sunday morning, I was actually able to order it and have it shipped to my home. The shipping took quite a while and they had to send two different tracking numbers for some reason. The product arrived as expected and in perfect shape. Just not a super smooth ordering or shipping experience."

"I ordered a Power Supply from this company and paid. I determined that I no longer needed the item and asked for the order to be cancelled. It was not cancelled. It took two weeks to get here. I no longer needed the item and had not opened the box and wanted to return the item. I was unable to get a hold of anyone through customer service by phone (said high call volume) and noone responded to emails. I am still waiting to here what to do as it says they will not accept returns without an RNA authorization and I can't seem to get one! So frustrating! "
