"I was in line in Cambridge Ma and the store opened at 10 :00 am ,they were very prompt and also had disinfectant gel for our hands before we entered also had to tell the rep.at the front door what our purpose was for the visit and they directed us where to go ,I think only a handful of people were allowed in store at 1 time .Very prompt had contact at 1 counter with 1 rep. and my return was handled promptly and professional ...I have been doing business with Micro Center for 20 years and always received professional service."

"It was supposed to be shipped to me in 5 to 7 business days. It has been a week and it has not left the warehouse. It may be due to the coronavirus and things slowing down. "
"I paid for a Samsung 43" monitor that cost me $150 more than what I'd seen other places. But because it was sold out there and I needed the monitor right away, I bought from Micro Center online (and paid $40 Shipping!). They told me they were going to ship a week later! A week later, instead of shipping the item, they refunded me the money without so much as an email to apologize. smh. But all is well, I found the item back in stock on another site this morning for $150 less. They already shipped this afternoon."
