Im like ok I get it COVID 19 stuff starting to get real......but no communication since....none...zero oh sorry I have got some promotional email for coupons/discounts......but nothing pertaining to my order or its status,,bad bad bad.....a little communication goes a long way ....two weeks is not cool.....another email saying whatever the problem is....backorder or whatever and I would be like ok thanks you care about your customer, no problem.......nothing but crickets chirping."
