The product was actually shipped and expected to be received in the next couple of days. I now have to figure out how to return it. "

"Normally buy in person at the local retail store, but with the stay at home order I decided to order needed items online. It took 5 days for them to send me a shipping notification w/tracking and 2 days later the tracking number shows that it hasn't yet entered the FedEx system. More than a week to get an in stock item is not acceptable."
