"I ordered 2 refurbished desktops from their online store. The first one I received, I opened the case and found the CPU and the fan not secured to the motherboard. I screwed the CPU down and took it to my local store and had them test it. Thankfully there were no issues with the CPU caused by being shipped half way across the country. The second desktop, I opened the case and found both memory sticks not entirely nestled into the slots. I'm glad I checked and am thankful nothing was damaged. The in store customer service was absolutely fantastic though! "

Unfortunately, I was charged twice and sent two of the items I ordered. The second arrived after I had left for vacation. I was forced to return home so I could secure the package that was left on my doorstep. This was a major inconvenience, and I still have to take the item to Fedex to be returned.
