Unfortunately, there are no locations in Florida where I have recently moved. I wasn't aware their online website shipped merchandise until I added it to my cart and clicked all the way to the end to see I could add my FL shipping address and not have to select a store for pick up. I was surprised so I ordered my monitor. Fantastic!

"Confusing information about where item ships from, several different people were nice, but only last one gave me correct information. Item shipped 12/23 and tracking said it would be delivered 12/27. It did not arrive, and tracking said 12/30. Did not arrive, and now delivery supposed to be 1/2/2020. What use is a shipper if they cannot follow their own schedule? FedEx has done this to me before, and did not find my package until after I had received a replacement from the shipper! Hope they come through this time."
