"The Samsung T5 drives arrived on time and were well packaged. They are small (less than half the size of a 1TB USB hard drive) and seem durable. The T5 backed up my business and personal files quickly. Some encryption files were included. However, there were many negative reviews, so I deleted these.
P.S.
The T5 comes formatted as "exFAT", but Windows will only create a system image file on an "NTFS" formatted drive. Since I want to save system images on these drive, I reformatted them as NTFS. I researched this and there does not seem to be any reason not to. If anything, the T5s work better and faster when formatted NTFS. Do your own due diligence."

"This product was listed as in stock at my local store multiple times, but every time I tried to do in store pickup they couldn't find it. Each day I would add it and wait, hoping they may have found it... but after five times having my order cancelled due to being out of stock they finally updated the inventory to show they don't have it. I asked the manager when it might be in stock so that I could buy it and they gave me a month's estimated time for pickup locally but still no guarantee they could have it before the end of the month. So now, instead of picking it up for the reduced price of $10 cheaper than a smaller drive equivalent, I have to pay taxes (even though there's no brick'n morter in my state) plus shipping which took three days instead of the expedited next day delivery service I selected totaling $50 more expensive than the original MSRP.
Not happy.
I should have purchased elsewhere for the same product with 2nd day shipping at the same sale price with 0 taxes in the first place. Live and learn.
Pros:
Full test of the delivered product passed the 12x stress tests I performed on it, so no fault to Seagate for the drive. The delivered drive is now attached to the existing 64TB raid array on the server."
