"As a 2019 business expense I needed to order 35 Oculus GO VR headsets. As Oculus listed Micro Center as a distributer, I ordered them via there online site. I received confirmation of the order on 12/17 and thought I was good to go. On 12/27, I received a cancellation email. When I called to inquire, they just said that they could not fulfill the order. Understanding it was during the holidays, I explained that I didn't need them all at once and did not expect them until Jan/Feb. My frustration is with the lack of effort to help with moving the order into 2020. Just saying no, without offering or trying to find a solution. I found much better customer service from Best Buy. They are actually working on a resolution and not succumming "no can do" as an customer service mantra."

"So, I got the powerspec power supply unit and started building my rig. It was tough to fill all those wires in a compact case like the rosewill scm-01. I should have gotten a bigger case, but I can work with it. So far, it turned on, the fan is running smoothly, but I am going to need a monitor in this day in this present time in order to read everything and install my drivers. But, the 550 watt powerspec psu works like a charm and fits nice in a tigh like space. I will say that I did not expect so many cables. But, who knows I work on another build with a better chassis this time that has the battery case at the bottom."

"I ordered 2 SSD drives on 12/19/2019. Today is 12/28/2019 and I still have not received them. Coupled with the fact that I am no longer able to use the Micro Center card online which basically renders it useless. Did ANYONE at Micro Center management think contact their customers BEFORE they turned the card off - after all we ARE the customer? I was sold a bill of goods at the Micro Center store where it was touted. "

I paid for one day shipping, which took 4, the shipment tracked from VA (originator) to Newark NJ, to upstate PA, 150 miles to the west, then down to Tennessee, then finally to Salem, MA. I stopped using FedEx years ago due to their poor on time performance vs. other carriers."
