"I contacted them to check if something was in stock before I purchased it. I was told “we have plenty”, I immediately clicked submit order within 30 seconds of being told there was “plenty”. 4 days later I received an email that my order was cancelled because they were out of stock. I called and after waiting forever on hold I was told “oh well there’s nothing we can do.” I asked her why I was told there was plenty in stock if there wasn’t and she said that there were “hundreds” of people buying the item in the 30 seconds between them telling me they had plenty and my order submission. I mean. Cmon. It wasn’t Black Friday. There were really hundreds of people.... smh. An absolute bold faced lie! Her attitude was beyond snarky and rude. That $405 purchase was my first and LAST attempt at buying from this store. Save your sanity and BUY FROM A REPUTABLE ELECTRONICS STORE LIKE BEST BUY!"
"Placed an order for a xmas gift and 5 days later it was canceled due to being out of stock. Now it's too later to reorder from another vendor. Not sure why they are selling items that aren't in stock! "
"Ordered a product, received confirmation, waited three days and then they cancelled my order. Ordinarily, not a huge deal but during the holidays those few days cost me the opportunity to buy the item from another retailer before it sold out. I would have expected better inventory management. I you can’t fill the order, don’t “confirm” it.
Customer service was friendly but unhelpful in resolving the issue though I don’t know what they could’ve done about it. "

"Ordered with items in stock. Then notified 4 days later that Item is now out of stock. Missed opportunity to order elsewhere because the item was now out of stock everywhere. If I'd known I could have ordered from another source for Christmas. Microcenter is not on same level with stock as other online sources. I recommend to order from another Store. Sorry but True."

"This is an actual store. Full of actually people you can go to, ask questions and do things. Also a bit of a try before you buy. But there online store is just as good, very trustworthy. You're good to go. I am enough of a nerd to say that I probably won't move to a city that's too far away from a Microcenter. If you haven't gone picture like an early 90s, computer show. It's wonderful."

"Ordered 7 Dell computers for a office computer upgrade to Windows 10 October 26th. Had to return 1 non performing one and was told the replacement would be sent immediately along with a FedEx label to return the defective one within 24-48 hours. Expressed that we were in the middle of an office upgrade and we needed to schedule our IT techs. When the return label didn't happen, called customer service and the original agent did not follow through. Label was sent and we returned the computer the next day and after over a week called to find out where the replacement computer was. Apology was given because that agent/manager did not follow through with that computer. Ordered an additional computer on December 4th and have had several emails with changes to the FedEx shipping tracker. Original order was October 26th and it is now December 12th and upgrade is not complete."
