"It's a local store, sometimes they have good advertised prices. But they are so clueless. I ordered a motherboard, on Tuesday 11/19/2019. It was supposed to ship on Friday 11/22. Which is stupid slow delay in shipping. But no it didn't ship. I had no estimated ship date. I checked the "status", it was in "routing". WTF is "routing"? I called the phone number on the website, which was the local store. They said they would connect me with online orders. No, back to the phone-hell menu. So, f them. I ordered from Amazon, for the same price, but free shipping. I ordered on Sunday night at 9:30pm, and the motherboard was on my door step at 7:30am the next morning, free shipping (less than 12 hours, from order to doorstep). Micro center eventually shipped, it arrived Friday 11/29 (10 days after I ordered it). So, I spent a couple of hours trying to find out how to return this thing. Eventually, found out I could return it to the store. One hour round trip drive, to return it. Then they sent me a "customer satisfaction" survey. It required a "reference number", that apparently you get if you buy in the store. So, since I have to reference number, I can't fill out the survey. They are clueless. "
