"There are no clear instruction that let you know you are not using the website where you can order and have your purchase shipped, instead of arranging to pick up the order. A notation on the page said to text for questions. On Sat. Nov 30th at 8:36 PM I sent my text. On Sunday Dec 1st at 11:09 I received a response. At 11:44, I acknowledged the text telling me to change the store location to Micro Center Web Store and proceed to the checkout page where I would find the shipping options. At 1:39 they acknowledged my response. The whole conversation ended by 5:59. Part of the time lapse was because I didn't get a text back right away so I stopped looking for it. I received the tablet and am very satisfied. I am pretty computer savvy, but I pity the customer that isn't. It took a minute for me to find the menu tab that directed me to the center web store. For that reason only my review is less than 5 stars, since I was tempted to abandon my cart and shop elsewhere. "

"Picked up an occulus quest and the shipping was so cheap that I just chose the overnight option. Micro center online is the sauce. Great reseller, I'll def buy from them again in the future. The rest of the service (order status and update notifications etc...) was also on point."
