"Placed order on line only to find out item was not stocked or available, but still allowed to order it. Beware the order is not processed until it gets to their fulfillment center and if they don’t have it you are out of luck. Called customer service and they said they couldn’t do anything and didn’t know when or if they would get the product back in. Very disappointed. "

When I got the confirmation email it stated: “The estimated ship date assumes all items on your order are in stock at our fulfillment location. Occasionally, we run into unexpected delays during the fulfillment process.” This was a Xmas gift and I wasn’t completely sure I would receive the monitor before Xmas. Thankfully, I did! Also, I thought such an expensive item would have free shipping! It wasn’t until I placed the order that I noticed the shipping charge! Although I still saved a little, I probably would have waited until they received stock in my local Micro Center store to avoid this added charge!"
