"I purchased Apple airbud pro headphones and it said there was 5 in stock. I placed my order and I called the location to verify they had them and a few days later my bank account was credited the amount that I paid for and they said the product was out of stock. Now I can’t get them anywhere and it’s the only gift my soon to be wife asked for and now I can’t find them anywhere. It’s a very sad and upsetting day. "
"I ordered a HP laptop. I had to wait a week before you guys shipped. When it arrived I tried to turn it on. And It doesn't work. All i wanted to do was exchange it. Well apparently i can't. I have to go thru shipping it back waiting for a refund then I can purchase another one then I have to wait for you guys to ship that one to me. "

"I placed an order for a VR headset for my son for Christmas. I was excited they had it because it’s sold out everywhere, but their website showed it was in stock. The charge (over $500) showed up on my credit card immediately. 2 days later they canceled the order due to “problem with your payment or product availability”. I had to call them to find out which. Turns out they didn’t have the item in the first place. I was pretty annoyed that they took my money for something so expensive that they didn’t actually have. The rep I spoke with invited me to “check back” to see if they had it in stock. How would I know??? Took several more days to see the refund on my card. I don’t think I’ll be shopping with Micro Center again. "
"The product was as expected and had very good pricing. However, Microcenter's order fulfillment is extremely slow.
I placed the order on 12/7 which contained two usb thumb drives. Microcenter shipped one item on 12/11 and another shipment on 12/12. I received the items on 12/17 and 18. The slow shipping coupled with using two shipments makes the experience not satisfactory to me. I love the Dallas store but I highly doubt that I will use Microcenter Web store again. It would have been cheaper and more time effective to drive the 80 miles to the store and pick up the items."

"Ordered product online for delivery instead of picking it up in store. Showed as having 10+ units at the store. I ordered the item to be delivered for the convenience of it and did not have any worry about it not being in stock based on the website information. Then the order status updated days later to "routing" then to "pending" then to "cancelled". I had contacted support to check on status prior to the given estimated ship date but was told it would update as soon as it gets shipped. Have not heard back to my last inquiry as far as getting some resolution, just seems to be a "sorry you got screwed, too bad" customer service attitude."
