"I had purchased an ITX motherboard from Newegg that was defective, returned the item, and was informed that they no longer had stock of the item and suggested the same item from their partners at virtually double the cost! I searched for the item through Google and came across Micro Center. Not only did Micro Center have the item, but included the Rebate, making the item cost less than I had originally paid through Newegg. The staff was very helpful with getting me set up, the part was ordered, and I received it not only in time, but the motherboard was the latest bios version supporting my i9-9900KS processor. I had to flash the item from Newegg. All in all, the experience was enjoyable. Great service."
